Removing your own number

If your number shows in MobContact and you want it gone, that is an unlisting request, not a bug. It needs no account and no reason — the Privacy Policy sets out how it works and what happens next.

A wrong name is usually fixable

Names come from address books other people chose to share, so a stale one is common. Tell us the number and the name you are seeing, and say what it should be if you know.

Billing is faster with detail

For a charge you did not expect, the date, the amount and the store you bought through let us find it on the first pass instead of the third. Never send the card number itself.
